Above is a 2020 photo of the east side of the 1913 Canadian Northern Railway Roundhouse with the 1920 CNR Turntable in the foreground. Originally a 10 engine bays roundhouse, an additional 5 bays were added in 1919, demolished in 2012. Below is an early photo of the east side of the 1913 Roundhouse with the railway "Stores" Building in the foreground.
The Hanna Roundhouse Society (HRS) plans to Open for 2023 tours from
May 1, 2022 - Oct 1, 2022 (depending on the weather) by appointment
or by chance.
Admission: $10/per person
Great Hall can be rented for $100/hr or $500/day for your event.
